Cotinine II High Calibrator, 1000 ng/mL

The Lin-Zhi International (LZI) Cotinine Calibrators are intended for use as calibrators in the qualitative and semi-quantitative calibration of the LZI Cotinine Enzyme Immunoassay (Ref# 0480/0481) on various automated clinical chemistry analyzers.

Description of the calibrators:

The LZI Cotinine Calibrators are ready-to-use, human urine–based liquids. The Negative Calibrator is a processed, drug-free human urine matrix containing buffers, stabilizers, and less than 0.1% sodium azide. The calibrators are prepared by spiking known concentrations of cotinine into the Negative Calibrator. All calibrators are manufactured using NIST-traceable standards.

Actual concentrations are within ±10% of the target value as determined by GC/MS or LC/MS. Values are provided as guidelines only, and laboratories should establish their own ranges based on their test system and tolerance (2).
