1. Shipping Destinations

We primarily ship to countries within the European Union. For shipping inquiries to destinations outside the EU (e.g., Switzerland, Mexico), please contact us at infoantispam@piadiagnostika.com. Please note that for international shipments outside the EU, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import regulations.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated and displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase:

• Standard Shipping: €9.90 for orders below 300.00€ (Prices are VAT excluded).
• Free Shipping: for orders over €300.00 VAT excluded.

3. Handling & Transit Times

To ensure transparency, these are our estimated delivery timeframes:

• Order Handling Time: 0 - 1 business days (Monday to Friday).
• Transit Time: 1 - 4 business days (Monday to Friday).
Note: Standard delivery to central EU countries (like AT, DE, CZ) takes 1-2 business days, while destinations like Portugal or Northern Europe may take up to 3-4 business days total.
• Total Estimated Delivery: 1 - 4 business days.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

4. Tracking & Delivery Issues

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
