MegaFLUO® CDV is a test-kit for the indirect semiquantitative immunofluorescence detection of specific IgG or IgM antibodies against Canine Distempervirus in the plasma or serum of the dog.

1 test-kit contains:

  • 10 slides coated with Canine Distempervirus antigens

  • 3.0 ml FITC anti-dog IgG conjugate

  • 0.5 ml Positive Control dog

  • 0.5 ml Negative Control dog

  • 3.0 ml Mounting Medium

Specificacions

  • Sample: plasma or serum

  • Recommended Cut off: 1:80

  • Test time: 2×30 minutes
